1. What we collect

Your account

Your email address and the name you give us, or those provided by Google if you choose to sign in with Google. The agency you tell us you work for, if you do.

The listings you submit

The web address of each listing you paste, and the content of that page as we read it: the text, the photographs, the floorplans and the details of the listing agent (which may include a named person’s name and phone number as published on the listing). We keep a copy of the page as read, and the films, images and narration we make from it.

Technical

Standard server logs (the address a request came from, the time, the page) held by our hosting providers for security and to diagnose faults. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To provide the Service you asked for: reading listings, making films, showing you your library. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To keep the Service secure and working, and to investigate misuse. Basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe service.
• To improve the Service, by reviewing how films turn out. Basis: our legitimate interests.
• To contact you about your account or the Service. Basis: performance of our contract, or legitimate interests. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Where a listing contains another person’s details (typically the listing agent), we process them because you, the customer, have confirmed you are entitled to use that listing and because it is in our legitimate interest to reproduce the attribution the listing itself publishes.

3. Who processes it for us

We use third-party service providers to run the Service, including cloud hosting, storage and sign-in providers, and providers of automated and AI-based processing that handle listing text and images on our instructions. Each acts under a written contract and only as we direct. Some are located, or hold information, outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Union and the United States. Where information leaves the UK it is transferred under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or equivalent standard contractual terms, so that it remains protected to UK standards.

We do not sell personal information. We will disclose it if the law requires, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, or for longer where the law requires or a dispute needs it.

5. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or give it to you in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it. Email hello@turbogaff.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use only what is strictly necessary to run the Service: browser storage that keeps you signed in, and a record of whether you have dismissed our cookie notice. We do not set analytics, advertising or other tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy and the notice will change first, and we will ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post any change here and update the date at the top.
